Biography
Shailesh Kumari is Pursuing her PhD in Hospital Administration. She is doing research on “A Study on Quality of Work Life for Women Managers in Private Multi-Specialty Hospitals in Delhi NCR”. Her focus on the women managers working in the healthcare industry which is going to give fruitful outcome through this research as this a novel topic in healthcare sector. She has published several articles on “A study on Psychological behaviour of the Administrative Employees in the Hospital in Delhi”, “A study on Healthcare and Hospital preferences of youth during covid in Delhi NCR” etc.
