With rising levels of education and consequent aspirations and governing employee consciousness of their rights, it has become imperative for Indian private sector hospitals to be more and more concerned about the quality of work life for their women managers. Quality of work life directly affects organization's ability to serve its customers. collected through a well-structured questionnaire given to the 320 women managers of the private multispecialty hospitals in Delhi NCR region and their responses were analysed further with IBM SPSS software to conduct the further research. Findings- Women managers were not satisfied with their income at managerial level. If their income is pitiable then they may not stick on to their current job for long term in future. Women managers are spending lot of time on commuting. Commuting becomes stressful and hence they must be given good incentives, better pays and flexibility in shifts timings must be there. Most of the staff is facing heavy
